Why do only ROA colleagues have profile pictures on Outlook, but not South Africans? We are such a large bank, and it will aid to help colleagues get to know one another. Also, on internal credit papers notable board members, key client contacts, and the client service teams? All should be little photo's next to each persons name. As we move to a cashless environment, we often can't provide a well deriving car Guard with cash, many times I ask them to sign up for snap scan.
If there is a marketing campaign to onboard all car guards to snapscan or something similar, we can increase market share dramatically and move towards banking everyone
I realize KYC may be slightly harder, it is a market segment that is very low hanging fruit?

Run credit scores on people based on their social circles credit scores.
Also consider things, such as potential to earn income, based on education and the company they work for.
The company they work for's credit score should be taken into account also
I think we can be smarter about building models to determine better credit ratings, other than just cashflow?
All the ATM's hardware is mostly the same.
Many other countries, all banks will share the same ATM
Once the users card is inserted, the ATM with check to see which bank it is, and then quickly load that user profile to the machine.
Almost like logging into your gmail/facebook/LinkIn from a different computer
This will provide economies of scale, and consumers will always have access to an ATM at expected rates.
When a client goes to the effort to complete all the info needed for a car/home loan Such as, assets/liabilities, income/expenses ect.. She passed me her debit card, which had her banking details on it, Capitec has done it.
